I know it's a long shot, but has anybody got an actuator spring to fit the aftermarket billet alloy actuators ? I need something around 15-17psi.

Wouldn't it be as easy as stretching the spring that's already there? :) On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:
Mine gets in the way a bit, but only when it is up. If it is down it does not cause a problem. |

I may have a spring in my bits box, I'll have a look tomorrow. Isambard Kingdom Brunel said:

Why not just buy a standard 4x4 Sierra actuator? Available on ebay for pence.

Standard 4x4 boost was 12psi if I remember right, add some preload and I'd have thought 15psi is no problem.

Cheers Tom. My current actuator will only give 8psi no matter how much preload i use, so i have to use a bleed valve to get it up to 20. |

I've got two forge springs, ones is about 15 psi and the other is about 20 psi, I think, the only way I could measure them was to connect the actuator up a bike pump and increase the "boost" and watch when they started to open which isn't the most scientific method. Isambard Kingdom Brunel said:
