I've been following TM for a while now. The Mini Van I'm restoring will one day have a nice turbo engine (998, GT15, K100 with 5-speed box and Quaife LSD thanks to Iain). For now I'm trying to finish the restoration with an old second-hand bog standard but gold painted 998.

Nice things about my Van:

* Flip front tilting backward with Audi 80 hinges
* 65 liters fuel tank
* Low profile Old English White with dark grey 10" wheels
* Mine, all mine. Build by myself and build for myself

I'll add pictures in a second. My first attempt didn't come through, probably because I tried to upload too many large size images.

Welcome fellow soon to be turbo'd van builder.

Thimo, looking good. Love the rear flip front, great idea. And that tank should come in handy for long runs when you're doing 25 to the gallon !

Keep it up mate - it'll be worth it. Took me 10 and 1/2 years but mine hit the road last June. Took ages cos I'm a fussy bastard.

Richard.

Minivanless, but reluctantly happy living with the decision. There'll be another one day.

Thanks all!

@t2clubby that's right, it is at http://www.ferrenzo.nl/dagboek/. Over 500 photo's, but I stopped updating it a year ago and converted to a weblog (http://projects.ferrenzo.nl/)

@apbellamy Yeah, thanks for the input. Did I implement it alright? *smiley*

TBH, I got my inspiration from Marko Spaans, who eventually dropped the idea to avoid problems with the re-registration (Dutch SVA kind of thing). See http://www.markoos.nl/html/crxmini/panels/Oct29_14.htm

In my head I was fitting it to one of my clubbys, so it would have been mounted lsightly differently, but yes. it looks really good *smiley*
