What exactly do you want welding, a couple of patches? Or inner sills, outer sills and a new front end?

well this is stupid but i want it almost like a miglia shell, roll cage,it has a F/G front, carbon boot floor, just needs apanels,flitch panel,floor panels,sills,cage needs some extra bits added on.

Unfortunately those two do not go hand in hand.

I'm halfway through fitting a cage (same as Baldwin has in his Miglia) and I'm rapidly discovering why most of the cage companies want a grand to fit one.

wish I got £700 quid for welding a miglia cage!!!!!!!!!!!!!
To save some money, you could tack everything up before someone welds it up for you. Do all the prep work you can to save time. Clean all the paint etc from the areas that need welding
