I was just about to ask if it's really the weak link that has to be replaced as everyone says.

I assume this one is better than standart but not as good as Quaife's in the other group buy

If the quaife diff cost 160 quid I'd definately have one, its a case fo doing what you can afford. Not everyone needs an lsd either.

Yes that is the cross pin most people use, the Quaife is a completely different thing and around £500.

I looked in to a group buy today, it came out at £127 inc p&p, not really worth it for a saving of £30.

30£ sounds better than nothing ...
... but I assume that in a group buy there is one guy who gets all the parts then dispatch them.

Does the P&P you're stating are the one to the first guy ?

If so then yes, it is not really worth it ...
