I have the April mini mag and have read it front to back now.
Will it be worth a fortune in the future or not ?
Its the one with a strange mini with a 4ft high engine on the front cover *hehe!*

Depends who you are as to whether you keep it or bin it *hehe!*

I sense some sarcasm, however, I have not yet seen this edition to comment fully*oh well*

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

Old mags tend not to be worth much, I brought edition 2 of Mini World a few years back as it was the release of the British Open and I think I only paid a couple of quid for it.

In 50 years time if you have the full set for 2009 it might be worth something, but then I'd imagine there are more than a couple of anoraks stock piling the 50th anniversary additions, so it won't be that rare.

by the sounds of it i'd keep it as it will no doubt be a future classic that folk will use for technical reference for years to come, lol.

i always keep the mags with good tech articles ,you never know when you may need to ref them

I read the same thing. It's good that someone explains and caters for all our needs in the magazines.

The one I am on about has a double over head cam special with a blower how sick is that *surprised*
But if you want hardcore maybe you need the top shelf I am told thats where to find it.

I think that Mini Mag has improoved over the last year. I stopped buying any of the mags a long time ago, only buying the odd one with something I was interested with. Now I hhave bought the last 4 or 5 months Minimag, I might have to subscribel, lol

The last few months have seen several Turbo Minis members cars featured nd Turbo dave has had a mention in an article, two months in a row *hehe!*

Waiting to see what the May and June issues have top offer *tongue*

I biught them for about two years and then found that they were just repeating the articles. They were handy a few years before the internet exploded. but now all you need to know you can get from forums etc.
Still handy when you need to "back the bus out of the garage"

At the end of each race, people ask me what my oil pressure was like. It's only then that I think to check.
