so i thought i'd work on my car today and try to fill in a hole or 2. only to find that my dad "paul s" (who is away on hols) lost the instructions and google really doesnt help.

so im sitting here in a huff not knowing how to use this P38 easy sand filler.

anyone have any idea of how much hardener and filler to use...?

However if you have holes to fill then welding is much better than filler.

well its just infront of the rear wheel arch. there has been a plate welded in behind. i'll give it a go. if i F-it up someone else will re-do it.

surely if it has a welded plate behind it that repair would be fine.

if you treat the 'hardener' as a reaction that speeds up the drying time, that will give you the formular for how much to use.

i.e.
in a rush? loads of filler and loads of hardener

leaving overnight? loads of filler a bit of hardener :)

now use fine filler over the top of that, gives a better finish imo

He huffs, he is only 17 *happy*

He's actually done a very good job for his first attempt.

There was a plate welded in behind, this was just a skim over the top to flatten it out.
