Im not sure what to do colour wise with my wheels. I think both looks quite good! Im not using the grp 5 arches anymore, ive gone back to standard rover arches but paint cream.

What do you reckon??

I think the top pic with the polished rim looks best.

Gloss black could work, bu the standard chrome rim suits the style of the car.

Both could work mate but I reckon the polished would look better!!

Or black but with a different rimtape, if any?

Its tricky to match colours with cremémé

im going to go out on a whim here:

Black wheels but match the roof!

then all of the chrome you have on it, door handles, wipers etc. replace with black items.

rid the chrome go black and cream!

Edit: I'll do a bit of a photoslop tomorrow or fri with a few pics of your car and see what it looks like.

Polished it is then...It will save me alot of work aswell. Lol

What's the best way of polishing them? Some sort of cutting compound, like T-cut?

Without having any other red in the paint sceme the red stripe would look out of place

No! The "polished" rim has some form of coating on it. When I tried to polish out a nic in mine it ended up looking like a chemical burn. My best bet would be to send them off otherwise they will look like a gearbox case stuck oput in the garden for a decade in no time at all.

I just got this kit http://www.perfectpolishingkits.com/index1...=101&lob=1&pc=1

I took me a 4 days to polish my new wheels from a rough cast finish to a mirror finish. It was defo worth it. They now look the nuts.

I'd show them to you, but I can't be sure that you've got your sun glass on..! 8-)

Get Polishing...!
