hey chaps ive done a search and came up with nothing so was just wondering if anyone has thought of suppling the turbo with its own oil feed?

Yes not needed mate IMO, if your worried about it just fit an in line filter Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

Some supercharger setups run their own oiling system.
9.85 @ 145mph

i suppose its fail safe against a loss of oil pressure in the engine. 1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.

IMHO dont bother, but....... if you are a real petrol head you could place a small 5 micron magnetic filter inline on the turbo oil feed line.

the only good thing about it would be if you thrash your car hard. then want to stop and don't have time for a "cool down" you could just stop the engine and leave the oil pump on. Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

Im pretty sure the pumps are damn expensive too. 1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.

Just add an inline filter mate and you'll be tip top. Mine you i don't know any one that doesn on the a series TBH. Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

Id say an electric pump failure is also more likely than an engine pump 9.85 @ 145mph

Ive just installed a shurflow pump into my turbo mini. I looked at having the pump just for the turbo but decided not to.
