anyone got a build guide on what they used when rebuilding their engines??

I used to have a video from youtube but i think its on my old computer at my mums...and its been 5 years since i looked into engine terms, so a little refreshing will be needed...any help?

Yeah I used that ^^

Its good for gearboxes aswell, and the red metro manual for the gearboxes aswell.
