i use the one that comes in the payen head gaskets sets. it's got the steel rings round the exhaust ports. On 20th Oct, 2015 Tom Fenton said:

Not sure on part numbers but the injection ones work fine and are a little cheaper than the metro turbo ones. -MINI CLUBMAN 1380 TURBO- |

if your having problems finding a metro turbo manifold gaskets in stock, then you can use the one from the injection mini also. It's not quite as good, but it's good to use as a backup. I'm using one at the moment on my mini, full boost 18 psi, no problems! On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:
