Hi guys
I would like a better sounding exhaust for my turbo mini....yes I know the turbos eat up the noise from the exhaust but it would be nice to get a little more bass...

At the mo I have a Janspeed single box...approx 2" - 2 1/2"...sounds nice but not quite what I'm looking for, any suggestions?

i have a playmini single box side exit system, but even that is fairly quiet on the turbo engine! it did sound better on a n/a engine!!

maniflow have just brought out a straight through 3inch system,fitted one to my sons car
sounds really throaty.

mines just a 2" pipe from the downpipe to an Ashley centre exit box with a 3" tailpipe. Its really fecking loud if thats what your after.

For some reason it sounds louder on me turbo than it did when it was an N/A 1275.

sauber, is it 3" all the way through? where does it start from? is the a 3" downpipe available too?

What would be the point in a 3" downpipe though when the outlet from the turbo is only 2" ?

Just a thought *smiley*

Does sound cool though especially if it makes it sound a bit deeper.

Jim, yours sounded really cool with that box you had on at combe!

yeah it didnt look to light but it did sound quite cool mate. Did the job anyway!
