Ive got a rover 200 1.8vvc and every time I put my foot down, at all, it stutters and misses. This happened to me a few years back, and the cause was the cat, so on saturday I replaced it.

When replacing the cat I came across a bit of metal in the cat! what can it be???? oh and it still misses and stutters

Can anyone help

Not yet, probably go at the weekend, cause my mates got on.
