The R5 one is not that great, the cossie one will be much better. We held our ends on with a big ziptie, but the thing still slowly destroyed itself. http://www.twin-turbo.co.uk

If your sticking with the R5 unit, join two of the longest jubilee clips you can together & strap them around the cooler, this is what I did to stop the end tanks blowing off. Also if you haven't already, remove the thermostat system in the top tank, this will improve flow. |

As Ben says, our end caps stayed on, but the core was made of such thin metal that it started blowing appart at the ends. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

Silicon hose.com, priced my bay up with sameco then fainted, managed to do all mine for a fraction of the cost, good quality too.
