Some time ago, I tried to compare wheels dimensions for
the classic 10" wheeled Mini with factory fitted 7.5" disc brakes.

For normal road use with 165/70/10 tyres ..... a n d allowing to fit the wheel/tyre combination on an original factory look Mini Mk3 without flares!
The track should be remain as "narrow" as possible ..... I think a few rims with 4,5" width - or even up to 5,25" - can do the job.
If only their rear spacing (back spacing) is 100 mm or more.
