Hey all
first post on this site, I am converting to metro turbo four pots. Have got everything i need to do the conversion but want to change the pistons and seals. I cant find anything anywhere telling me how to do it. Please help.

CAREFULLY blow the pistons out with an air line, they do shoot out faST SO AIM WELL!

Clean and refit in the reverse order in which you took them apart.

Use brake fluid as lube.

No rocket science.

I pick holes in everything..

I'fe rebuilding calipers, I'd ALWAYS have them bead blasted, and even if there is a small hint of rust on the pistons, I bin them.

The easiest way to change dust seals, is to remove the old ones and fit new ones. So I'm told :)

fook me your a clever lad, next thing will be you telling us the best way to remove pistons is to pump them out with the brake pedal,lol.
