Welcome to TM

Not the best pic I know, but it's in there somewhere. It's the pipe that goes between plug leads 1 & 2.

What exactly do you need to know?

looks like the standard goodrich one to me. Great apart from they fall apart. the aluminium part is the wrong size and so is the banjo bolt. just don't do it up to tight!

One suggestion is to get someone to weld a boss/block of ali into the top of your oil filter housing and then drill and tap it to take the minispares oil pipe and banjo or get a new hose made up with a female JIC fitting and use a male/male connector into the threaded boss.

That way, you'll have filtered oil feeding your turbo bearings rather than the standard setup where the hose usually connects via a tee piece in the oil feed pipe prior to the filter.

Good luck.

Richard.

Minivanless, but reluctantly happy living with the decision. There'll be another one day.

The Std take off for the turbo oil feed is using the oil pressure sensor hole. This feed is filtered as it comes from the mains and not the oil feed pipe which is next to it. I use to think this was the case, but I was wrong

We always tap the oil filter housing and screw in a male quick release fitting, then put a female quick release on the end of the pipe. We found banjo fittings abit unreliable, washers and all. Our mod seems to work and we never lost turbo bearings. Always think freshly filtered oil is best.
