Hi, the bloke who works next door to where I work came in today to see if we could find where his leak was coming from (yeh i laughed too!) I cant imagine it has a hole in it as it should be a pretty sealed unit. But he has a hard top put on it and there is a possibility it dont sit flush to the body but i cant see anything. Does anybody else have a Z3 with a hard top or know anybody thats had this prob?

After all the work done on the rear of male hairdressers, they all leak.
And, no, I do not know this of experience!

Mine gets in the way a bit, but only when it is up. If it is down it does not cause a problem.

When I used to work for BMW the biggest problem with convertables was the windows were not wound down when the hood was raised/lowered and put them out of adjustment. However if it has an electric roof then that rules that problem out as they should drop automatically to prevent this happening.
