I seem to be finding different weights on the internet for these and wondered if anyone had weighed one.

I'm trying to work out where the most weight saving for my buck will come from as my car is too heavy, and was just wondering how heavy they are and whether its worth changing for something lighter.

I sold one and happened to weigh it I think it was approx 13kg with subframe!

They weigh a tonne! They are not worth the money you will pay for them new. I have one but only because I’m building my car on a tight budget. Requiring only one seat.

Picked up from Scruffy there, great fellow he is for it also.

I have just bought an FIA seat that supposedly weighs 8.1kg actually 9.5kg and that felt superlight compared to the steelframed Monaco

Whatever happens their getting ripped out this summer. any suggestions for a pair of lightweight seats for about £400-£500?
