Just getting the IC mocked up and as I felt all allong I can't get it low enough to get behind the grill. If I could drop the alt down a bit I think that would be the solution. I thought of one of those wee Nippon Densos but they still mount at the same height and give more room at the front if you know what I mean.

Sounds like a plan. Use the existing mounting points on the block and some home made brackets to lower it. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:
