Got to be honest, if it wasn't for the fact the MPG is shocking for a small car I'd have one. The BBR and GTT conversions on these look pretty interesting, 240ish bhp... |

I drove it for the first time today, and was quite suprised how 'Mini-like' it was.

I was rather dissapointed with the speed when I tried an 'S'. But maybe I was being over critical. It was certinally fun.
Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

Our lass also wants one of these, suits me as her 2001 Fiesta is soon in need of reasonably major rust repair so I'm trying to encourage her to bloody well get on with it before I have to repair the fucking Fiesta........

It would certainly seem like a waste of garage hours repairing a Fiesta Tom!!! |

look cool in black. i really want a cooper s but only way i could afford one at the moment would be to flog me real mini and not doing that. my missus had a bini cooper for while and i loved it most fun car ive driven (not had many cars tho, lol). coopers can easily keep up with the cooper s on twisty bits.
no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

Well I am hoping not to have to do the repairs!! If it does come to it I can see a liberal appliaction of jam with some hastily applied aerosol paint!
