A friend has informed me he can get budget 10" tyres for £22 each I said I would post a thread to see if there was any interest. They are Marshalls FYI.

your price may be a tad high, iirc one of the mini places does budgets for 20 pounds each posted

Not my price, just passing on the info. I have no idea what they look like but Marshalls do come up with some fairly interesting tread patterns but what the rubber is like I cannot say.
