Rolling shell Miglia for sale... :-(

Well its time for a change for me. After a few years of playing with the car, followed by some time (not as much as I would like) playing in it. I have decided I need a change of direction.
To start my plans are to sell the miglia minus engine/box, get a van or pickup and use the money for other plans at the minute.

So on to the item for sale:

Miglia built in about 2002 by vickers from a new shell but based on a 69 donor car. This therefore comes with a perfectly legal 1969 V5.

General condition: It is in superb condition with no welding needed obviously. The only bit of rust is a small bleb on the bottom of the passenger door. Other than that there is obviously small amounts of surface rust on the underside and the inside floors but I mean nothing at all. The underside is just painted so you can see how good this car is.
Shell: The car was a well built miglia by Vickers with full cage, tagged into the front subframe mounts, rear turrets etc, you name it. It has been fully jigged once completed to ensure it is perfect. Rear arches tubbed, carbon front end, miglia arches, rear race anti roll bar, superb alloy dash and boot floor, sealed bulkheads, full width bulkhead box etc.
Internal gear linkage will come with the car.
Steering mounted off the cage with Sparco wheel and quick removable boss in perfect position
Separate pedal box with all separate cylinders, fully custom with remote reservoirs etc.
Corbeau Revolution seat, this is the full carbon backed seat, over £1200 new! With a 6 point harness.
Full plumbed in lifeline extinguisher.
Poly windows to sides, rears kicked out slightly for fresh air, looks smart.
All braided lines for the brakes through, and a braided fuel line is through the car although at the minute I’m using rubber lines. There is a new metro turbo pump fitted, a alloy tank modded for the turbo. I think a better pickup is needed though as it does starve a bit in the bends.
Dash has an acewell dash, autometer pro-lite oil pressure and water temp gauges, auto-meter boost gauge but I will be taking the AEM wide band with the car.
Rear subframe is all solid mounted with spax (I think, possibly avo) rear shocks, and the front is obviously all adjustable with trak-spax on the front, all quick adjust hi-lo’s etc.
KAD 4 pot callipers and hard spicer driveshafts on the front.
Full custom stainless exhaust system with twin exit pipes, but not your usual chavy stuff. This is unique.
7 x 10 MB’s with virtually new Yoko 032R’s

What this car needs:
Some wiring to get it road legal.
Engine and box
Cooling system
Bonnet (unless your intercooler fits the hole I cut)
The handbrake finishing off but comes with all new parts
Rear brakes bleeding.

And I think that’s about it but you can appreciate I may have missed some things!
This is a rare opportunity to purchase what is the ultimate mini based on original compenents.

Looking for around £7000 which would not even get the work done on the shell should you want it to be the same. Just start adding up the cost of the individual parts, never mind the labour and its well above the £7k.

This with the right engine is THE ultimate track weapon.

Located in Lincoln, and can deliver which would be negotiated at the time of sale.

Sad day but I really seem to have far too many projects, maybe one day I’ll have another. I need something I can jump in an enjoy at the minute rather than work on all hours. So by selling this to release some money, I can have this, plus keep on the mini seen with a commercial.

I've just spent out a big load of cash on a new shell and miglia cage kit! Doh!! If I new this was coming a few weeks back.
