Hi, Was wondering if anybody knows how think the alloy front plate (on front of engine block) used on the KAD16v conversion is.

mine's a long case head, , so doesn't have that plate, |

I'm liking the belt tensioner/idler pulley setup on the Kad.... Would anybody have a clue what car they would be off?

i don't recognise that tensioner, unless its like my kads own design with an excentric middle, not ford,

I've been searching the net.. Might look like a Cosworth YB tensioner.

I use the Ford Fiesta 1.25 zetec cam seals, 52mm OD 38mm ID and they fit nicely between the cam/ jackshaft triangular plate bolts Interesting information, ever since I got a set of honda cam pulleys, I've been thinking of doing my own scrap heap challenge style K-head conversion. I think the tensioner might be of the YB Cossie and the Idler pulley is of the early c20xe.
