so it would appear ive fractured my pisiform.
fell off a pushbike last night, doctor reckons i could take 3 weeks to heal.
going to the fracture clinic tommorow to see what they say.
i would show you my X Ray but they wouldnt let me have a copy.
any ideas what i could do while im off work?

it wouldnt be so bad but i wasnt doing anything exiting and it wasnt even my bike.
not much bruising, just swollen. ill sort out a pic later when i take this stupid splint thing off

just been to the fracture clinic today. what a complete waste of time, waited an hour to be seen for 2 mins of him telling me everything i already knew, then the bastard walked away. so not a happy bunny here.
