Never used the Gunson ones but I would assume their usefulness is limited.
This is what you need:

Yep that's what I've been after. But a sensible money. I'll keep looking.

But I might give Carl's method a try.

Carl you have a PM.

I doubt you'll get the Dunlop ones for less than £100 - if you do you've done well!!

I can see carls method working really well, the biggest problem is trying to find a straight length of timber, and keeping it straight.

Maybe 2 lengths of Ali Tube would do.?

But I do have my eye on a few sets of Dunlop gauges on Ebay.

I'm just tired of having to be at the mercy of those retarded tyre monkey's.

They can be got cheap if you're really lucky - mine were actually free when they cleared the garage out of the house next door, just needed a broken sight tube replacing which cost me £15 (yes most of the parts are still available).

Yes. he does 4wheel alignment for all the local garages, mainly for bumped cars checking everythings ok.

Tbh you proberly as close if not closer to scruffy (nick) he will do all corner weights aswell. well worth the money.

Cheers Rick,

I just need something to get into it into the ball park before I can drive it.
With those new wheels and 0032r's on it, It emphasizes how much its out to the point it's a right bastard to push in and out of the garage. I've had a go at an eyeing up job. But with these soft tyres on the road they would be chewed up in no time.

The Clio ate a set in 2 weeks when I changed a steering arm and didn’t get it track properly. Working nights I couldn’t get the thing to a garage. So I think some gauges a home are in need.

But when she's rolling, Yeah, she'll be in need of a proper set-up. And of course everything is adjustable.. Rose joint's (Rod ends) are all the rage this summer Darling.....! *wink*

Most recent car at Moose Motorsport was a C200 Merc Estate! We changed the tracking from 4mm toe in to 1mm toe in (tolerance is 1-4) and transformed it. Also we adjusted the front in relation to the rear to give a square set up - even the guy's wife thought it was better!

Graemec, where did you get the parts from? I could do with spares for mine.

Magic thanks buddy. Not sure whats wrong with mine but when you look down the sight the triangle appears to be smaller than others I have used. My guess is there is a lence in there which has slipped or gone missing?? Does anyone know whats in the sight?

There's no lens in mine I don't think, just a mirror.
It would be great if there was a full parts list available - maybe something you could ask when you contact the company?
