I think it just pulls water from the bottom hose and it rises up the heater pipe on its way to the pump, is it spinning the correct way? it could be pumping it toward the bottom hose hence your overheating problem 133.5 bhp 123 lb torque 116mph @6640rpm 9.5psi

Yes your right guys. One is in the pipeline. I think its at about 70+ mph that the air starts to take an affect.

also chuck away the thermo sleeve and fit a 74 deg thermo in, as this helps reglate flow through the rad, with just a sleev the flow through the rad is to quick hence eventually she will over heat always looking for them bigger bunches of bannanas |

I'm wiring in a voltage regulator so I can control the flow rate. E.g. slow it down. And will eventually stick a thermister on to it so it can be an active controller.
