My mate brought me a s/c box for rebuild and turns out the box comes with metro challenge gear set. Ii has some wear on laygear?s 1st gear but the worst thing is that the small end needle roller was totally scrap and the bearing surface of the laygear scuffed beyond any help. |

Didn't Jim say that Jack Knight did a full range of spares??

Jim's built a couple of these i believe. He got the parts from Jack Knight. As far as i can remeber they don't make these bits anymore, but still have some in stock .....

Jukka, I have some spares, I'm pretty sure I have an input gear, is that what you need?? Also the laygear is the same as the current JackKnight Dogbox.

Jimster, I need the laygear unless I can find a suitable needle roller bearing with outer case to fit in the laygear and on the pre A+ layshaft. I have e-mailed JKD but so far no reply.
