The correct NGK plug is the BPR7ES or BPR8ES, In most cases the 7s should be ok.

I don't know the number of the Champion equivelent, it's something like NYCC7 or something

If your using clock work Ignition with Silicon leads then you need BP7ES or BP8ES

If you are using Mega jolt or the likes then BPR 7 - 8ES

the Silicon leads are all ready resistive and so don’t need resistive plugs this will only lead to misfire.

You really need to either give up and let someone else work at your car...or learn very fast.

Because some of the statements you are making.....could lead to some of those epic stupidity threads you find all over the net.

on a similar note. My coolant is only cool when the car is not running! After a long run it is hot! Do I need to get colder water to put in?

Sorry! I couldnt resist.

By the way I have a slight puncture its only at the bottom of my tyre! Any advice?

On the coolant, I would guess you filled you minis radiator from the hot tap at home I would suggest you use the cold tap as it will run cooler.

Anyone got any ideas where i could find a cordless extension real?

people have answered your problem countelss times and you dont aknowlege the answer what do you expect? its like you sayign 2+2=? everyone answering "4" yet you ignore it and continue asking the question :) fit a restrictor. fit the grade "8" plugs. tune the needle as per the sticky threads, enjoy.

turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)

Well when you ask stupid questions, what sort of answer can you expect ???

If you havent the first notion about how to tune a car...then maybe you should consider getting someone who has to do it.

Go buy David Vizard's how to tune an A-series, and after you have read that, you might be in a better position.
