i put a volt meter on the air/fuel sensor and the reading was 0.245v at 2000rpm....?????

na engine + turbo + boost = ya hewwww

Apart from the multiple posts (which will p*** people off) you haven't actually said what the engine is - in one of the other posts you ask about changing needles/jets and here you talk about a Lambda voltage reading.

The two are not normally found on the same engine, unless it's an aftermarket wideband in which case it should have a gauge in the car....
