I currently have an AP paddle plate, its beginning to wear, so before avon i was thinking i should replace it?

There are a couple out there? which one would you suggest?

I use the Alcon / minispares plate, which I found to be thicker than the AP plate.

if this one, med have a larger back plate to accomodate with the larger friction liners
