pointless imho unless you have 5 or more gears or maybe if your reverse lockout is broke however id rather fix the lockout

Hmm I never liked that about minis, that it doesnt spring inline with the 3rd from 2nd.

Its not like I dont get on with it how they are but it might be more comfortable to use?

I've fitted one of these to mine.

Came free with some other stuff I bought. So stuck it on anyway.

As Brett said it was originally designed for use with 5 speed boxes. To centre the gear lever between 3-4.

So far it’s alright. Just makes it feel like a modern style selector pattern.

But not used the car enough to really test it out.

i took mine out it didnt like my quickshift, stopped me going from 3-2 in a hurry it came out problem solved :)

We use one on the hillclimber with a quick shift and it works great.
