how long does it take to drive to the Grand Canyon?

Its about 7 hours to the canyon by car (one way)....save up and go by helicopter! *wink*

actually Matty going to the west rim where the skywalk is, its only about 3 1/2 hrs drive one way.

Mini _Andy: not not really true, just stay away from streets that are just a letter or number for their name, like 10th street or J street

7 hours is the time it takes to go to the North Rim. I think the North Rim is the best place to view the canyon...esp if you hate touristy crap.

Save up and go by helicopter? No way! You miss out on the amazing drive through absolute desolation!

hes right its about 6 to 7 hours to the grad canyon no u won't get mugged if u leave the strip its not that bad here
