Thought it was about time to post some pics on my Mini Turbo Audi TT Intercooler install.

that looks nice! Is that the standard SMIC from a 180bhp TT? I was looking at mine when I took it off, and thought it could be good on a mini! Mr. Prawn, the friendly Crustacean- slowly making steps towards forced induction. |

I think it is from a 225?bhp TT, that car has two intercoolers. One of the intercoolers has the perfect outlets (ie angeled on the left hand side, viewed from the front) for a Mini.

That s the passenger side intercooler off the 225BHp Audi. |

It is from the right side of the car (left side looks similar, but is different). Audi partnumber is 8L9145806B. Valeo partnumber is 817487. |

Not yet, haven't got an inlet temp sensor yet. Will mount one asap. What inlet temp sensor is the one to use (and easiet to mount)? |
