Thought it was about time to post some pics on my Mini Turbo Audi TT Intercooler install.

that looks nice! Is that the standard SMIC from a 180bhp TT? I was looking at mine when I took it off, and thought it could be good on a mini!

I think it is from a 225?bhp TT, that car has two intercoolers. One of the intercoolers has the perfect outlets (ie angeled on the left hand side, viewed from the front) for a Mini.

Everything fits under a standard bonnet, i even use the standard grille. You need to use a megajolt or similar though, the distributor doesn't fit anymore.

It is from the right side of the car (left side looks similar, but is different). Audi partnumber is 8L9145806B. Valeo partnumber is 817487.

Not yet, haven't got an inlet temp sensor yet. Will mount one asap. What inlet temp sensor is the one to use (and easiet to mount)?
