I'm really looking for parts. I have the charger, I've made my own inlet manifold.

Not sure I am with you! What are you looking for? Pullies etc? I would have thought you needed this before you made a manifold as that is what gives you your spacing etc. So just to be clear you have an M45 and an inlet manifold - nothing else? So you are looking for a bottom pulley a tensioner some form of fuel inlet either for carb or injection? I am guessing you are bilding a suck through setup? Give as much info as you can and you will get more info back. |

Here's what I have: Eaton M45 Inlet Manifold Induction pipe - including machined in threads for injectors Yes, I'm going for a suck through set-up, but did consider a blow through - but i believe charge robbing is a problem. |

If the supercharger needs a rebuild, I'm sure that it will be cheaper to get a new blower off ebay than try to repair.

If you're building your own setup, why not go blow through? Suck through seems like such a bad idea!

You will not get away from the charge robbing issue just by using suck through with injection. The fuel slugs will get dispersed but they will still be slugs that go anywhere they want. There are some photos somewhere on here of a supercharged and injected engine that had clearly suffered charge robbing. Here: Regarding the charge robbing - I've mounted the injectors quite away up the inlet tract, surely the fuel will follow the airflow into the cylinder that is on the induction stroke? Or have i got it totally wrong (which won't be the first time - according to wife) |

Injcetors do not work like carburetors that feed a continuous stream of fuel into the air.
