does the supercharger need to be modified internal at all? |

Depends what you intend to do with it and how your going to run it? If your going for the typical suckthrough config then nothing is needed just make sure you calc your pulley sizes andcorresponding boost pressures correctly |

also i know with any mini it is typically easyier to take the engine out as there is not much room but. is it possible to fit a supercharger with engine in persisition.

I'm planning this same conversion on my engine. Shouldn't be necessary to remove engine. The supercharger belt and pulley will be in the way of an ultimate engine steady. Jonspeed sell one to fit but is a bit expensive. You may want to start by fitting an oil temp gauge. Probably not necessary to fit an oil cooler. |
