they are road legal, just need to tweek the brightness of the side lights.

the fuel cell is from www.forgemotorsport.co.uk was around £180 plus the cost of the sender and guage.(£150)

from design to finished product about 20 hours. nasty. but now very satisfying.

looks impressive a lot of hard work has gone in to that well done.

you asked for opinions so the only one thing i can say is if it was mine id be fitting a wider set of wheels to fill them arches a bit more but thats personal choice and its your car so ill shut the fook up.

again well done.*smiley*

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

It looks great!

The only mod I would make would be to fill in the recess in the sportpack arches that normally takes the bumper.

thanks for the replys, glad you like it

Carl.. i know what you mean about the wheels mate, i bought the wheels befor i chose the arches. i am now thinking the same. definatly would benefit from wider rims.

Tom.. that is one of the things that im not happy about either. when i sent it to be sprayed i asked the chat do do it for me, was not impressed when i saw hat it had not been done. i was thinking of cutting the back out of them and sticking some mesh behind rather than trying to get the paintwork done again.

i still consider the car to be a work in progress, and lets face it what mini isnt. i will still be changing thing as i spend more time driving her.

you could have built some led indictors to put in the bumper recess in the front arches.*smiley*

i cant tell you how impressed i am with that build, love the wellers too.

if i was to make one suggestion, it would prob be to space out the rear wheels a shade to fill the arches a bit more.
