Its a Meastro manifold, and I thought it looks a good candidate for throttle body injection. I nearly bought one, the guy wanted 40 odd quid for it, I offerd 25 and he turned it down, lol, he still has it *hehe!*

lol that burny out pic was not ment to be in there lol slaps head. yes i thought it may work well as an injection or a carb ontop and turbo use? i may see how much the scrap man wants for it :)

wouldnt be ideal for forced induction engines,

it's ok for n/a engines as they suck, but forced induction blow, and the way the carb sits it will cause a restriction.

i'm still waiting for someone to turbo a set of downdraft webbers, how awsome would that be.

Perhaps you could explain this? Why would the carb orientation have anything to do with this?

the servo bolt on those fits the metro inlet manifold, has a take off on it and is ideal for running a dump valve off. also found on early rover v8s. I used one to save drilling and tapping the manifold on mine
