Make sure that the bottom arm pins haven't got the old metal sleves from the old bushes still on them.

They tend to corrode on and aren't that easy to spot at first.

I find the easiest way is to super glue the bolt to the end of one of my fingers.

Stoke-on-Trent. Duck.

Can you pre-assemble everything (pin, bushes & arm) on a workbench ok? But struggle to get it together on the subframe?

Hate to point out "obvious" things but it's got me in the past... the "flat" on the the wobbly pin is definitely lined up correctly? i.e. at the bottom?

hi, first of all thanks for the replies guys...*wink* gavin im using the yellow poly bushes you can get on ebay.

pottsy, i can preassemble everything, if the bushes are on the pin, then it wont go in the arm(the bush is to fat) the bush itself will go in the arm, but then the pin wont go through cause the bush is a bit squezed.

advantage mate... i think you may be onto something, i didnt know that was a sleave with the original bushes, but now that you mention it i saw a small lip on the arm yesterday, but thought nothing of it... will go give this a try*wink* hope it works...
