Hello
I was asked the other day if it is possiable to put a turbo on a beetle engine, after looking a mine he thinks it would look good,
Is it a possiable conversion I said I would asks u lads.
If he used metro turbo stuff what do u think

You can turbo anything. The same basic rules apply.

Yes, as James says, basic rules apply. You could turbo your lawn mower if you were so inclined.

You'd need one of those electric superchargers off ebay for that.

my mate made this video for his uni project which was to market his own turbo kits for flat 4 air cooled engines its alittle cheesy but he still does some kits for beetles and the like if the intrest is there...

I dont think so, most replace the guts with a Hewland gear kit..
