Hi all
my bro has been driving my metro turbo round for the last six months as his car broke down so i gave him the metro while i get the funds to do the engine swap into my mini.
anyway he said on the way back up to birmingham that the car was jointing whenever he tried going over like 70 hes been saying that its been doing this as well when hes been driving around at 30ish, he said its feels like trapped air.
Anyone any ideas whats happening ?
Thanks

Turboing minis since '89
Supercharging minis since '04

check for air leaks / split pipes ,
wrong plenum gasket ,
wrong ignition timing (check from crank as the pulley can twist showing the timing mark to be out ),
wrong mixture
