im after a gearbox and stumbled upon this on tebay.

If it is who I think it is, they are a quite well established place in Birmingham that have been operating for many years, quite involved in autograss racing I believe.

Sounds alright to me if you want a budget SC box and arent going to be putting monster power through it. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

How much is a new lay shaft? Even if you purchased one and fitted itof fitted a good second hand one of yoour own. If the shaft has lost no material from ware or foreign object damage it would be ok to re-fit if you have the facility to crack test it as well all the better. Own the day

i've decided to stick with a brand new box personally, it's costing just shy of a grand but i know it'll be good for another 30,000 miles like the last one Dave built me, and it'll take 200 lb/ft without shitting itself.
