whats the difrence between a mg metro turbo engine and a janspeed mg metro turbo engine?

you know the one from back in the day!!!

The both had similar power outputs, ran the same boost, were both 1275. The Janspeed conversion was available before Leyland actually produced the Metro Turbo.
There's a guy comes on here now & again, called JC one, he probably knows more than anybody about these things.
