Can anyone help me out, im baffled.

Im trying to work out coilover spring rates.

Can some one convert 27.5 Nm/mm into Lbs for me???

Is it 198 Lbs?

Thanks

Edit (actually that is ridiculous its not going to be that high is it???)

could you set a torque wrench to 27nm and then look at the handle part the opposite side which would show you the lbs????? (if that makes sense). This might be a load of bollocks though. I'm slightly retarded! *hehe!*

Right then here we go. Just set my wrench to 27.5nm this equals.....25lbft, or 3.25kgm or 250lbf ins. Here's a conversion table.

1ft-lb=0.1383mkg=1.3556nm
1mkg=7.233ft-lb=9.806nm
1nm=0.1019mkg=0.73756ft-lb

How clever am I!!!!! *Jester*

nm is a torque, you should be getting kg nic .

Medusa + injection = too much torque for the dyno ..https://youtu.be/qg5o0_tJxYM

Using a torque wrench is a bum steer.

You need a conversion for spring rates from N/mm to lbs/in - Yes?

27.5 N/mm

Divide by 9.808 to get kg/mm
Multiply by 2.204 to get lb/mm
Multiply by 25.4 to get lb/in

Answer - 156.9631 lb/in
