Mine came yesterday. looks good. No rover part number, but in the correct box. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

Did they ever have a Rover part number? not actually made by Rover wer they? Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

I have an "original" (came in a box of ebay bits) and there is no Rover part number, just loads of cast writing on the top section about it being made by Malpassi in Italy..... Schrödinger's cat - so which one am I ??? |

It's the right part. It's just stamed with the malpassi part number instead of the rover one.

Has all the malpassi stuff cast into it. Looks exactly the same as a used one I have, except it's new... On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

More likely hese were the people that made them for rover and are now releasing them under their own name. A bargin none the less.

Malpassi have always made the regulators. My old one has malpassi on it. Also this new one came in an MG Rover box. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |
