After some advice really. Had a search, but didn't really find much.

I'm contemplating doing a similar thing, me and Paul were trying to decide where could be cut without losing strength as you said.

Aluminum skin & above door has not seen a hole saw, the hole thing was done with Q-Max punches which give a nicer finish in my opinion. Isambard Kingdom Brunel said:

James, fooked doors will be up for grabs once I've finished the build. They are being used for test fitting all the ellectrics etc and I'll be using all the fittings etc on my good doors. Won't be free till next year though.... On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

Didn't do a direct comparison, but the doors are about 2KG lighter than standard. The holes are only about 200g per door, but the lecky windows did seem a lot lighter than the regulator. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:
