can anyone reccomend a good supplier of decent brake line connections, but not too expensive, frost are charging ?40 for a set of various connections which seems a bit steep.
also for a mini what sort of connectors do i need, i assume you can't use metric ones??
cheers in advance

I think they are actually 3/8" UNF to fit 3/16" OD pipe.

The male ones should have 7/16" flats and the female ones 9/16" flats.

Again, try your local factors they should have some. Just make sure that you get the correct imperial ones as sometimes the kid in the factors won't know the difference. Screw one into a fitting (e.g. into a rear wheel cylinder) if it is the correct (imperial) thread it will thread in nicely and not wobble about. But beware as the metric ones will also thread in quite well, but you can tell as they will wank about and also if you made them up into a pipe they will not tighten down properly.

Have you tried the reusable type brake fittings? The hose is abut ?4/m and the connectors are about ?2-?5/ connector
