hey, im building a mini clubman turbo and i need a bit of help with how to go about it. I'm having problems with first up, a design for the manafolds, if any one has some photoes or instructions on how to pipe it all up that would be great. Ok, now, my second problem is the carbie, i need to be able to blow pressure from the turbo through the carbie so i can put an intercooler on the engine, i've herd you can modify the carbie to take preasure but i dont know how to or if it's even true!! (i have a standard 1.5inch su carbie). Any other information on how to build a reliable turbo engine would be great aswell, thanks.

P.S sorry if those questions have been ask'd a thousand times

you need a 1 3/4 hif from a metro turbo, these are sealed to take boost. if you are using the standard metro turbo setup yo ucan use the original manifolds but you will need to cut a box in to the bulkhead, if you are using a diferent type of turbo then you may need to custom build some for it, or you can use the T2 from a renault and use the mirage manifolds (do a search for details)
as for the engine i guess the answer is build it carefully, don't cut any corners, make sure you RR it and dont push it past what its capable of
