Managed a 14.6 with 96 mph terminal at Avon, but wrong tyre pressures/cold tyres. The diff that kept breaking was a phantom grip-kept breaking the roll pin, letting the cross shaft escape!Tran-x now which was great at Avon. 'Where does the engine go?' |

The TranX is as you say.I'm using a 4.2 cwp,but with 14 in wheels tyres are 165/65.Power is around 160bhp,torque 150 ft.lbf.Weight is about 700kg 'Where does the engine go?' |

I'm a novice at this,so my times must be quite slow.Amidget will take 185 width tyres with spacers,so traction will not be a problem then.Maybe 200bhp to get into the 12s? 'Where does the engine go?' |
