Jon, is this the Escort RS Turbom like the one in MOT?
If so, I'll have it.

No Vegard, it is something like a T25 or T2, I am hoping the serial/part numbers will help as I have no idea.

it does have a 0.47 hsg on turb side, so have full boost at around 350/3700,depend of cam c/r ignition curve etc

but then strong where the 0.35 r5 gt a/r kill the top ,

same comp as the r5 gt ,so limited power (150 safely then can be pulled to 165 by overrevving)

was higly rated turbo, upgraded it as for the gtcup with a t25 50/55 trim comp wheel to look for 180/190 bhp @18/20 psi.
though if it was of today, the k16 a lot better than the t2 hybrid

it's not that fantastic, just a mix of passion , addiction, possibilitys, good sat nights and good met.

back in 1993 my first car have been a 205 1.9 gti, which just one month later , have been converted to mi16 with a mate who was working at pts... it was ballistic.., but was regularly eaten by r5 gt turbos....,
a sat good night made me meet a nice guy who was working at magny court for LIGIER he did have an r5 alpine turbo, and we had a very good feel, just became about inseparable ,having a lot of time together to look for turbos, and tunig a r5 gt, in this time I learned a lot about turbos, mainly concentrated on r5 gts.
water have flow since this,
(a bit nostalgic..) I've gone in Paris, and failed in love.
looking for a littl car to go at work...I met a mini, and a mate who have a mini garage in Paris, in 1997 I started to tune mini with him, learning about a serie camshafts, engine and heads, then a guy came and ask if we could help him to clear his house... there was two mety turbo engines, and lot of bits, one for me , then started to apply what I learned with gt turbos to tune my mini, that's ten years now, and I'm still addicted....
