Looking to make an investment in some straight cut gears in the near future, and wondered if anyone has had experience with the Tran-x gearsets from MINI-ITS? |

the trans-x are fine,just rebuilt a box using these. |

I use trans-x s/c drops and s/c box. I have found them to be much more noisy then Jack Knight |

what do new SC tran-x drop gears sell new for at the moment? On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:

Mini-its doing them for ?198 with a 5% discount, which gives roughly ?188

Remember thsat old Tran-X and present TranX aren't the same. Minispares used to sell them, bu then they changed owner and the quality went down.

just had an email back from tran-x following an enquiry i sent, and apparently they don't make any gears at all for the mini now, just the LSD is available now! |

I use the Tranx set from Minits, I Think there good, and I've given them plenty of abuse. 16V project underway |
